Product information ROTWEISS high gloss polish 250ml
The ROTWEISS polishing paste is a silicone oil-free surface sealant. It is therefore aimed at refinishers or users with correspondingly sensitive requirements, e.g. in aviation, in the caravan and nautic sector.The high gloss polish is water repellent, closes and protects the surface. The high gloss polish also offers a slightly abrasive polishing function.
It is a combination product that polishes and seals largely intact surfaces in one go. The high gloss polish is suitable for manual processing as well as for machine processing (slow speed). By dispending with silicone oils the workmanship is a bit more complex and the gloss may not be as brilliant as with a finish with ROTWEISS lacuqer sealant.
- This polish is for long protection against the aging and weathering of paints.
- New paint is protected as well as old paints that were previously treated with ROTWEISS polishing paste.
- The result is a high-gloss protective film with long-term and depth effect. This protective film is water-repellent and environmentally resistant.
- The high gloss polish is silicone-free.
The ROTWEISS high gloss polish protects every varnish against the smallest surface cracks visible only with a microscope and thus against premature aging.
Application
1. Cleaning
Clean the surface with the ROTWEISS intensive cleaner. It is important to remove dirt, dust, grease and wax. Rinse the surface thorougly with water with as little lime as possible.
2. Spray on
Distribute in secitons with ROTWEISS puck or machine (polishing sponge black) on the surface. Allow to dry briefly.
3. Spray off
Polish with a damp ROTWEISS micofibre cloth until a visually uniform surface is obtained and excess product remains are removed.
Success audit
Wait 10 minutes after polishing, then spray with water. There must be a clear beading effect and a high gloss. If you are not sure wheter you have covered the surface completely you can repeat the process. It is better to thinly polish twice as thick as once. If the beading effect and shine diminish over time repeat the process.
